Happy heavenly 90th birthday Betty Boop! My mum was my biggest fan and supporter. I miss her dearly. Today she would have been 90 years old! If you are new to my page my wee mum and I used to go for breakfast every time I went to visit her and I'd post a candid shot of her every time we did and post it online here. At first she was like "no, don't" and after I told her how many people commented on her photo and what they were saying to her, she was ok with it. My mum was cool like that, I miss her every single day, she passed away June 18, 2019 and dodged all this covid stuff. On another note, the snow globe got refilled here last night and it's a good thing because yesterday with all the rain and warmerish temps our pond resembled chocolate milk. Today it's covered with a fresh layer of crisp white snow and looks way better. It's a long weekend around these parts, family day...some crazy women (and possibly some guys, not sure yet) are going to take the polar plunge in our lake tomorrow at noon (for charity) and there's winter carnivals and smash up derby going on as well. Have you any plans with your family this weekend? I hope you do and the weather stays reasonably nice to stay out and enjoy. I'm off to celebrate with my mum now (in spirit).
