#FrameItFriday (Week 40 season 4)
Ahhhhh Fall, October 1st, autumn, leaves, changing colours, halloween, painting. Painting, yes as I type this from the middle of my kitchen surrounded by all things paint and not the artist framed works you hang on the wall, the stuff you brush on your walls, your baseboards, and your ceiling (and your clothes, hair and skin if you paint like me) Well, 95% of the painting is not by me, it's mostly done by the house painter aka my husband. I'm the lackey, most of the time I can lackey well, sometimes I bark back. I barked back about lighting and now it's quiet in the kitchen and I can do this blog. I'm not missing out on fall colours yet per se as my position of lackey enables me to drive to town to pick up paint, on my way I assess the fall colours. Another one of my lackey tasks is to slide along the floor on my butt and paint those tiny places and corners that cannot be reached by regular sized paint brushes. While I toil over keeping the bold colour off the freshly painted white baseboards I'm scheming up a road trip to places nearby to capture leaf images. I think I have a route mapped out, I just hope the weather doesn't go all polar on us and the leaves fall off over night. Fingers crossed. Anyhow my part-time lackey job of late will give some clarity to why I've been torturing you with the Green Heron shots I've been posting one.day.at.a.time. Don't worry it's almost done. What do you think he catches?? Peace, love and kumbaya, Heather #PhotoBlog #CanonGirl #HeatherCardlePhotographer #TeamworkMakesTheDreamwork #BenjaminMoore
