#FrameItFriday (week 36 season 5)

#FrameItFriday (week 35 season 5)

I woke up this morning and realized that it's September, the 2nd, already! What?? Even our beloved Moira River Blue Heron is crabby about how quick summer vacation flew by. In the photo he's demonstrating just how quick it went. I really don't have anything super exciting or educational (me, talk about something educational, hilarious!) this past week. I've got a tiny splinter that feels like a log jammed in behind my thumbnail that I'm trying to get out and we drove into Toronto to pick up a sweet piece of Canadiana furniture a friend wanted us to have. I haven't been to Toronto since, ummmm November 2021. A few years back I'd drive past there, through there, explored there like I owned the town. I felt like a tiny mouse driving through there 2 days ago though, the people watching was cool but the traffic, not so much. The cupboard was in the folks garage which we accessed by driving down a laneway lined with garages. I felt like I was in an episode of Shameless, expecting Frank Gallagher to be stumbling along it. The freaky thing was is that the garage owner we were at is a musician and we determined that I had taken his photo at the Sanderson Centre 5 years ago during a Christmas Show. I dragged out my hard drives when I got home and found the show and found some shots I'd taken of him and emailed them to him. Talk about your small worlds right? Ok, I'm really not feeling much like writing this week....instead, can you guys please tell me in the comments below, what your fav thing you did or saw over the summer? My thumb is sore, the splinter must be blown up. Have a fun, SAFE long weekend folks, my apologies for being so boring this week. Shit happens.

Peace, love and kumbaya Heather
