#FrameItFriday (week 13, season 3)
So, lots of ideas spun through this pea-sized brain of mine this past week. Earlier in the week I was sent an idea that is travelling around the web about "Front Porch Photos" where it would have me travelling around taking photos of y'all out on your porch. Not a good idea, we really need to stick to home and only go out if we absolutely need to.
I thought I'd try to do something along the lines of an "interactive" blog this week. What does that mean? Well........I'd like to see photos FROM YOU ALL! Here's the deal, if you're able (and I sure hope my settings are correct, I'll double check) I'd like to see YOUR photos of like say, your central command post for self-isolation ie: where do you hang out all day if you're stuck inside, maybe a picture of your fav isolation meal, a photo of your pet, a photo of your isolation mates, (keep it clean please ) a craft you've made, a hopeful message you'd like to send out to the world, a story of a good deed, whatever.....let's keep it upbeat shall we? All you need to do is post your photo/ message in the comments below and next week I will place all of the participants name into a draw for some prizes. Like a gift certificate for a family photo shoot (when it's safe to go out again) or if you're not local, a digital download of an image I've taken. Show me what you got! Take it with your phone, your camera, your iPad, a screenshot, I don't care! But post it below (if you are reading this on my website, hop on over to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn and post your photo there). Please post in comments below, that way others can see it as well.
So my photo is kind of boring but it's a shot of where I work, my big fancy, shmancy office with the redneck kitchen table set-up. What does it say on my coffee cup? Find my secret message. Hang in there people and if you're in need of a chat or stuck inside and need something, reach out and ask for help. We're here for you! Finally, I have to say a HUGE thank you for those of you who are still out there working be it front line health care, food service, grocery stores, PSWs, truckers, bus drivers, I'm sure I've missed quite a few, but THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being there for us all in these strange, dangerous times. #STAYHOME #STAYSAFE Peace, love and kumbaya, Heather #PhotoBlog #JoinIn #ShowMeWhatYouGot #LetsKeepItPositive#CanonGirl #HeatherCardlePhotographer #StayAtHome #FUcovid19
